I'm off to Chiquitos tonight for a colleagues leaving do......but none of their food is in the MFP database, and they have no nutritional info on the web.

Does anyone have any ideas how I should log my meal tonight, or any suggestions for healthy options?

(Obviously avoiding the nacho's is a must :sad: )

    I love chiquitos but have no idea ive looked before but found nothing!! whatever you have just enjoy it :)
