It's been a little quiet in here and I have to say I'm not helping either. I have a few ideas for this place but is like to know what you think should be done to liven up this group. Alternatives to running (that are free)
My knees are starting to hurt. I am 37, 5ft 1, 172lbs. That means I'm roughly 50lbs overweight. I run at least 3 times a week and have a daily step target of over 16,000. Anyone else think the hamper timmings are wrong?
I've ordered the 4 month one and I've got at least 2 weeks of food left and my hamper will be shipped this week. I think the time between orders is not long enough. Especially if you have a day off.
