HELP with goals... Please... Thank you
If anyone has any input on my goals I would really appreciate it. I'm 6 feet tall. I currently weight 169 lbs. I have set my calorie intake to 1450. With a Carb/Protein/Ration or 40/35/25. I try to work out at least 3 times a week for about 90 minutes each.

Omron HR-100C Heart Rate Monitor
Has anyone tried this HRM. I have a Omron pedometer and really like it, and love the user friendly software. I keep hearing about the Polar HRM but it soo expesive, that I was hoping to get some feedback on the Omron one. There are a lot of good reviews on Amazon but thought I would check here. Thanks!

Yoga Meltdown - HELP!
I have a question. I bought the Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown DVD. I'm not sure how to log that exercise. It seems like normal Hatha Yoga wouldn't work since its more of a workout using your own body weight as resistance, so I don't know if circuit training would be better. Can someone please help me with this.
