  • I started Insanity with my husband yesterday too! Today we have the plyo circuit workout. Def looking foward to it. I gotta find my HRM to know how much I burn. But if I had to use one of the items on the database which one would be better to use?

  • The best is to naturally flavor your water. I use lemon. Or fill a pitcher with ice and cucumbers and water, its refreshing and delish. Mint leaves work great too and frozen berries. There's nothing like natural stuff for your body.
  • My favorite sports bras are Victoria Secret and Nike. I have DD's and def need a lot of support so I've tried a lot and those are the one that work best and are the most confortable for me.
  • Some of my fav are: - Greek yogurt - Carrott juice - Other juices and drinks - Trail mix (any kind) - Peanut butter - Almond Butter - Soy Chorizo - All other meatless options. - WINE!!!
  • It doesn't seem that far fetch. I mean getting a HRM is the best way to go. But when I was doing insanity I burned between 500 and 750 calories depending on the workout.
  • I'm 6 feet tall. I started at 210. Got down to 167 and gained some weight back. Right now I'm at 180 and trying to get back to 165ish, but would feel happy at 170.
  • I enjoy then and drink them most days. I have some from GNC that I mostly use after workouts, as well as I have some meal replacements ones from Visalus. I usually make them with almond milk and some greek yogurt and its like a healthy Milk Shake :)

  • Hello! I started my 90 day challenge today! The shakes are delish and as crazy as it sounds I can't wait to get home and have my dinner shake. I'm doing two shakes a day. One for breakfast and dinner as I have less time to arrange those meals and I usually have a healthy lunch anyway. Best of luck to all :)
  • How about you mix it with skim milk/almond milk/soy mik and a little of cocoa powder. It will taste like a strawberry/chocolate milkshake :) Mix it in home made limonade for some tasty and protein filled strawberry-limonade
