Yoga Meltdown - HELP!

I have a question. I bought the Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown DVD. I'm not sure how to log that exercise. It seems like normal Hatha Yoga wouldn't work since its more of a workout using your own body weight as resistance, so I don't know if circuit training would be better.
Can someone please help me with this.

    I have the DVD and I just created my own exercise (Exercise -> My Exercises -> Create Exercise) with the name of the DVD, listed it as cardio and entered in the calories my HRM said I burned. I average 200 calories for the 30 min workout. Hope this helps!
