When to weigh...
I usually weigh myself right away in the morning even before the morning coffee. For the BL challenge I have noticed people will do a last chance workout before weigh in. What does everyone do and have you found something that works best?

What do you tell yourself when you are running to keep yourself going? Right now I can run 2 miles without a problem but getting to the 3rd is hard - not physically but mentally. My husband introduced me to this site which may sound supportive or rude which ever way you are viewing men. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease. I ate enough for 3 grown men and never gain weight. It might sound great but I wasn't healthy. I am eating a gluten free diet and am healthier than ever before.…
