exhausted and starved!
I start out doing well exercising daily and eating my 1200 calorie limit at the beginning of the week. By Thursday I am exhausted and starved. This is about the time my diet fails for a day also. Should I be eating some of the calories I burn from exercise? Am I harming my body? Please help!

What should you eat after a night of drinking to stop the cravings for junk?! I always seem to be starved after a night out and totally bomb that days healthy eating habits! What can I do to stop this? Btw I drink a TON of water.

What weight are these exercises based on for calories burned? Doesn't your weight also play a factor along with type of activity?

borderline obese according to bmi chart....yikes!
I recently quit smoking yay! But along with that improvement came another 10 pounds.....yikes! I have to start losing before it gets too far.
