Is there anything wrong with diet snapple peach tea? I drink one 20 ounce bottle every day. No calories, only 12.5 mg sodium. I love that stuff!

gained quickly, lose slowly
I was out of town for three days, ate regularly and walked a lot, and yet I gained four pounds, It'll take me two weeks to lose those four pounds. Why does it go on so quickly and come off so slowly?

too much protein
I keep my food diary every day and I noticed that I always have too much protein. Is there anything bad or harmful about going over MFP's protein amounts? I'm usually close on calories, but over on protein, and a little under on carbs and fat.

How do you set your goal weight?
I chose what I weighed before I started having kids, but I don't really know if that weight is reasonable anymore. I started MyFitnessPal at 215 pounds and set my goal as 125 pounds. Is that attainable? I'm 5" 5.5" tall.
