diet snapple

Is there anything wrong with diet snapple peach tea? I drink one 20 ounce bottle every day. No calories, only 12.5 mg sodium. I love that stuff!

    Diet usually has artificial sweeteners in it which may not be good for you. Have you tried Sobe water or Vitamin Water Zero which are both sweetened with stevia (natural sweetener) and have no calories? Costco and Sam's has the best prices for both.

    Most diet drinks are carcinogenic but I am not sure about anything else.

    The only down side is that it has Cafeine and therefore cannot be counted as water.

    I beleive there is only one Cafeine Free diet Snapple and it's an Apple or Cranberry flavor, you can check their website. I was switching from soda to snapple when my nutritionist told be about the cafeine which snapple omits from their label so I checked the website and the nutritionist was right.

    Vitamin Water, Sobe 0, Propel 0, Crystal Light, Mio are all better options and can be counted as water!!!
