Power plates??
I've recently joined a new gym which, has two Power Plate machines. I was just wondering whether anyone has used these machines and what you guys thought. Do they work? Just to say I'm only really using the machine to help with toning. Thanks, R

I need some advice.....
I’m going to be working abroad for 3 weeks, which basically means I’ll be staying a hotel so I won’t be about to cook for myself or go to my usual gym to workout. Fat to Muscle????
Any ideas how quickly your body turns fat to muscle? The reason I ask is because of a recent comment I read basically saying that you can't turn fat to muscle unless you train 24/7. I train 5 times a week, mostly cardio; walking/jogging, running and elliptical trainer. My whole body but most particularly my legs are firmer…

Healthy snack (non-fruit) ideas?
I always like to have a little snack in the evening. I usually eat dinner early so I need something to avoid the late night munchies! Currently it's been a rice krispe marshmallow bar. It's only 119cals but it's high sugar. I'm looking for an alternative snack. Preferable healthy and something other than fruit. Any ideas?
