So I told the MFP calculator that I wanted to lose 2lb a week. It calculated me to lose .9lb a week. Do I really have to lose weight this slowly?? I am 5'2" and 137lb. Doesn't strength training burn calories?
Why does myfitnesspal only count calories burned for cardio exercises, not strength training? When I work out for 30 minutes at the gym, doing exercises for abs, thighs, etc., I sure feel like I've burned calories, at least as much as walking or jogging etc.
