Is burning 1500 calories a day doing various excersices throughout the day bad?? EX elliptical in the morning, running and weights in the afternoon? Or is that burning yourseld out too much??
I find that sometimes I go past my sodium intake becaue I eat sandwiches for lunch. I drink over the 8 glass for water sometime 10-12. And i only exceeed it by 500 according to MFP. Since sodium makes you retain water should I be concerned for just keep going??
So what do you guys think about this guys?? I think is very motivational that he purposely gained 75 lbs and lost it just to see how t feels and know the struggle.
This is where my healthy eating and working out fails. I am usually so good monday-friday but sat and sun it falls apart. I already missed water intakes and havent eaten breakfast yet!!! I got to get it together!!!
I was told that cheat days were good. But I feel as though you gain back what you lost during the week on a cheat day!! You guys have any comments??
