Well I have been on here for a while. I have had struggles losing weight. I have lost up to 30-40 pounds but then I get relaxed and gain them right back again. So I have decided to try the blogs and get some friends on MFP to help me out and keep me motivated.. I have realized that this is a lifetime commitement so; I am trying something new cause the definition of insanity is doing the same things over and over again and expecting diffrent results.
