Personally I'm at uni, and have my essay deadlines and final exams of the year coming up, and usually to help me work I have chocolate biscuits. What's healthy I can munch on?

I wondered what people treat themselves on if they have spare calories. I have 500 left and I'm trying to decide what to do with them :)

When's the best time to weigh yourself?
I know the advice is to not weigh yourself too regularly, but when is the happy medium that it will be an bit of a boost rather than discouraging?

Day 4 sucks.
I'm not saying Day 4 is the hardest at all, some of the people on here have crazy motivation and weight losses to match. It just feels really tough today, as the motivation and boost of the first couple of days are wearing off, has anyone else felt like this?
