Frozen Dinners
I decided to change my lunch up a bit and get a few Marie Calendar Chicken Alfredo boxes. I've had them before but not since I've been eating better. What are your opinions on these and if unhealthy, what are some better alternatives? Thanks!

Help with calories on myfitnesspal
My calories burned per day is around 2750, and my net calories daily is 2260. That's a deficit of 490 right there. Maybe I've been doing this wrong but I've been making sure I stay at least 490 calories under 2260 which would bring me to 1770 daily.
