Great to be here, I actually posted a few topics before I posted here, hope you don't mind!

I joined this site because my dad uses it and has been seeing some great results. Plus I can stand to lose some weight myself so I jumped on the bandwagon.

A lot of nice and helpful ppl here, I am looking forward to getting healtiher with you all!
