Any MFP Neighbors who suffer from CardioMyopathy?
I have idiopathic cardiomyopathy and this is one of the reasons for joining MFP. My heart has shown tremendous improvements which has surprised the heck out of my Cardiologist. I look forward to using this forum and it's testimonies for healing!!!!!!!

Exercise is challenging? Advice???
I've been a MFP Member since July 9, 2011 and I've been successful losing weight so far. However, the more I lose the more challenging exercising is becoming. I find myself with less energy and I get tired quicker. What can I do to get over this hump?
