cool at-home circuit and strength workouts
I found some of these on pinterest so had to save them to my computer to try. heart rate monitor - ladies help?!
I just got myself a heart rate monitor and I'm very eager to try it today, but first I need some help from the ladies---do you put the belt strap thing above your boobs or below it to get a heart rate? My instructions just say to put it over the heart so I'm not really sure where the best spot for that is....lol

too much fiber
lately I've been getting a LOT of fiber in my diet, sometimes up to twice as much as MFP tells me I should have. and I swear it is messing with my digestion.....has anyone else experienced this?

low cal espresso drinks!

I tried on some of my old pants and shorts, the ones I wore before I gained weight, and they fit!!!!! Some of them only came on and couldn't button them but some of them I got on all the way! Only one pair actually looked GOOD, but I'm sure I'm not far away from the rest! Woohoo!

losing pounds but not inches
I've lost 10 pounds so far but only a couple inches all together, is that normal? Does anyone else have this problem?

coffee!!
I like to have my coffee in the morning and can't drink it without at least a flavored creamer, which is around 30 calories per tablespoon (and I use more than that). Sometimes I'll get a skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks which is still 90 calories, and I'm limited to 1200 calories a day so the latte kind of takes a toll…
