Weighing in
Good morning! I wanted to see everyone's thoughts on when is the best time to weigh in. Part of me wants to do it first thing in the morning, but I always feel like that is not my "real" weight as i haven't eaten or had any water yet. Thoughts? I just want to make sure I am being realistic.

Holiday Meltdown

Logging exercise?
I have no problem logging my cardio or sports, but how do you log your free weights, lunges, etc. My heart beat is up...a lot...so I know I am burning, but I have a hard time quantifying it. Any suggestions?

Road Trip Food
I am constantly taking weekend trips to weddings and visiting friends. Obviously this take a HUGE toll on the diet. Any good tips for food on the road that are low calorie/healthy? This is assuming I forget to pack food...which happens often. :) Thanks for the input!
