I have no problem logging my cardio or sports, but how do you log your free weights, lunges, etc. My heart beat is up...a lot...so I know I am burning, but I have a hard time quantifying it.
Any suggestions?

If you have a HRM you can record the Cal burn and log it under Cardio (create your own exercise, called weights program or something).0

Agree!! I was logging it under strength training in the cardio section of the MFP database, but when I got my Polar I found I was burning more than double what MFP was giving me.........TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!0 -
