So im getting a crosstrainer/elliptical machine/bike seat version thingy ;) for christmas and im thinking of doing 10k-20k a day on it. Anyone know if i should be doing less or more? Night Time?
Anyone else suddenly feel like burst of energy and the need to workout, do free weights, heavy bag, push ups, situps even go for a run! at like 10pm?! i get it all the time i don't know why, but all through the day even though i do exercise i dread it, but at night i can't help myself from doing it :S its strange..

Toe Knuckles
So i have a punching bag in my room a 5ft one, and i kicked it as normal but this time it split my toe knuckles.. Bizarre right? anyone else ever had this? i mean im used to my finger knuckles splitting but my toes?!
