Just wondering what are some good workouts to do at home. Nothing that requires following a dvd or anything like that. Just something simple. Thanks, guys :]
This is the second time this week I've done it. How bad is it?
Is riding a stationary bike just as good as running or jogging? I was just curious because I have a stationary bike and I get on it everyday but if running or jogging will help me more I would love to mix that in as well.
No sandwiches though, I am eating Subway for dinner tonight.
..put salt on them. I was just curious..hope this isn't too dumb of a question.
I was wondering if they really help and if they are worth it. Anyone tried them or are still using them? Would you suggest them? Why or why not?
So I'm trying to add this Subway sandwich but when searching, they all come up with Mayo and Cheese which I didn't get either of those things on my sandwich. I got a Footlong turkey sandwich on honey oat bread. Cucumbers. Olives. Pickles. Mustard. Lettuce. Can anyone help me with this in adding it to my food diary?
How does the stationary bike it gives you, cuts out like 300 something calories, yet on the machine it says it only cuts out 35.5? I don't put it at the easiest thing though, I make it so it is like going up hill. You would think it would cut more. Which one is more accurate?
Some things to make it a bit fun. What is your exercise routine?
