Some good in home workouts.

Just wondering what are some good workouts to do at home.
Nothing that requires following a dvd or anything like that.
Just something simple.

    jumping jacks and jump rope are excellent.

    Speed squats for 1 minute 3x's. Wrap a rope or belt around a railing about chest high....lean back a tad with arms straicht and feet shoulder width apart, then do as many squats as you can in 1 minute...then repeat.

    You could just dance, If you change your mind on the dvd's I really like the biggest looser walking one, very simple to do and get's your heart rate up and you can tone.

    In some libraries you can find military workout books (i.e. The US Navy Seal Workout) They are generally bodyweight based and you can adjust how much you do to suit your needs. Also has pictures to show everything being done.
