I don't understand leg work outs!
So I kind of understand why people do adduction and abduction lifting (those machines where you spread your legs) but it seems like every other part of my legs are worked out when I do cardio (running, elliptical, etc). I don't like to brag, so I don't tell people I know this. But I've lost about 22 pounds, and I think with the last five pounds it's really starting to show.
