Whole 30 February - Tips for Success?
Hi All! I know that many of you did your Whole 30's thru January and I would love to hear some tips for success. I am on Day 2 of mine and while the week doesn't really phase me my tougher times will be the weekends when we are running around. So I figured why not ask the experts - what really worked for you?

Rookie Questions
Hi Everyone! So I am in my first week of Stage One and have some rookie questions: 1. For the sets, do you use the same weight for both or increase for the second set? 2. For squats, which version? I think I may count this week as my "figuring it out" week and officially start next week. I am not new to lifting but haven't…

Data Overload - Opinons Please
Hi All - I think I may have overloaded myself with data and numbers. So I bought a fit-bit zip and have been wearing it 24/7 for 3 weeks now. I have reduced my calories to about a 15% cut from the fitbit TDEE and will follow that for the next 7 weeks and then go back to eating at TDEE for a week and then lather, rinse,…

Need some advice....
Hi Everyone! I have been a follower of EM2WL for about 3 months and I am a believer. But I think that I am calculating my calories & workout level incorrectly. I have been slotting myself at a moderate exercise level per scooby and eating daily calories of 1872 (10% cut). Here's my workout: Mon-Fri - Crossfit esque plan…

Flipping out --- just a wee bit....
Hi Everyone - So here's the back story -- I started a 4 week metabolism reset on June 1st and have been consistent with eating at my TDEE (sometimes a bit under and sometimes a bit over) and then I went on vacation for the past week and although I tracked most of it - I am sure that I went over my TDEE. Then yesterday…

Opinions....please :)
Hi Everyone! So I have been reading & reading & reading some more...and would like some opinions on my situation. Here's my story - I was always fairly lucky with maintaining my weight while not eating incredibly healthy or being active but over the years my weight has crept up and found myself about 15-20 pounds over my…

Actual Scale Victory...I think
Hi All - So I upped my calories on Sunday after running my numbers using the fat2fit calculators...and went from 1200 to 1764. And then attempted to return to the gym following an arm injury....well that was shortlived and I think I am out for another week or so. All of that being said, I stepped on the scale (every day --…

Nervous Newbie
Hi Everyone - So I have read through a variety of posts & have decided that upping my calories makes sense. So according to Fat2Fit's BMR calculator - I should be eating 1800 calories. I have decided up my calories from 1280 to 1700 for this week and then up to 1800 starting next week. I have some Rookie Questions: 1. How…

Starting the Olivia Method of Tracking today
Hi All - I am starting this method today -- already changed my numbers. I only have about 10-15 pounds to lose and am trying to be realistic about how quick it will come off. I am aiming for a calorie deficit of between 250-500 calories per day.... I am going to try this for the next month to see if it can help me…

Tracking Reports -- this may be the wrong section :)
Hello Everyone! Happy Tracking Tuesday! Quick question - can someone point me to where I can find my net calories for the week? The actual data not the bar chart under the reports tabl. I thought I had come across at some point but either I dreamt it OR it's lost to me :) . Thanks!!!

Going over in Daily Calories
So...how do you handle this? Do you plan on burning extra calories at the gym the next day to make up for it? Summer is very social time for me and with dinner plans and lunch meetings, etc....I will go over some days and be under most days. Any advice would be appreciated....
