Level 3 - Day 1 DONE! This was really tough! I got through it with a few modifications. I'll have to see how my knees are tomorrow and Thursday. A lot of jumping!
Day 13 -- 03/08 130 squats done today...65 at work in the break room and 65 when I got home. I was doing okay until I got to 45 then the burn set in both times! Man!
