ok i finally fel confident that I can loose the weight. but after my OD I lost 105 pounds and then I gained 90 back. Now I'm losing again. But how can I practically keep it off without constantly thinking about calories. I want to eat normally and not be constantly thinking about food!

what to eat before workout?
I have always neen told to eat carbs prior to workout to give body fuel andd protein after to repair muscle but I just heard its better to work out on an empty stomach. Which is it?

So friggin releaved!!!
I weighed on Sunday and was totally freaked out when it said up to 228 from 225. I was eating decent exercising and drinking water. To see if I was doing still worse I just weighed and it said 222! Now I logically know you cant lose 6 pounds in 2 1/5 day, but it still made me feel so much better! Yay!
