Calories vs the other measures: What do I do?
I have about 550 calories left for the day- that was my lunch! However, I've already surpassed the amount of fat I should have had today by 12! Do I continue in fulfilling the 550 calories or quit since I'm over on the fat? Any advice would help! What do you all do to come as close to the 4 measurements each day?
