Calories vs the other measures: What do I do?

I have about 550 calories left for the day- that was my lunch! However, I've already surpassed the amount of fat I should have had today by 12! Do I continue in fulfilling the 550 calories or quit since I'm over on the fat?

Any advice would help! What do you all do to come as close to the 4 measurements each day?

Eat the calories for sure. Ignore the other numbers unless you're WAY over. If you're over fat, try grabbing something with a little protein, but lower in fat. Always eat your calories. Always.

What did you eat for lunch? Some fat will push you over, but it's the type of fat that's GOOD for you. I don't track fat in general I track the sat fat. I think that's a more accurate picture of my food choices. But yes eat your cals, just learn to look at everything food is made of to help with future choices.

I agree - definitely eat some more!. But can you also find something naturally low-fat, like greek yogurt, or another lean protein source? (Chicken breast? Scrambled eggs?)

Thank you all! I was thinking yes, to eat them- but your so trained to want to stay away from fat that as the number kept going red, I got more scared of it. Human conditioning! Thanks... the first day is confusing, I am already planning tomorrow to set it up to be better leveled!
