On level one, day two, really enjoying it... Anyone done whole programme and got results?
Ok, so I'm 5ft 3, and weigh 185lbs , nearly died just doing warm-up :blushing: HELP!
Have just bought a DVD which uses hand weights.. What weight would you recommend a newbie should start with? Thanks
DH bought me a copy of 30 Day Shred and Davina's Intense, what do I log these as in the exercise section?
Before MFP, I would take soup or baked beans to warm up in microwave and have for lunch (as well as sandwich, fruit, yoghurt, cereal bars) Anyone got some good ideas that I could take for my lunchbox?

Logging food and exercise seems overwhelming I am 41 with 3 kids and don't have the money…
I am 41, and looking to lose weight and get in shape. I have 3 kids and don't have the time or money for either the gym or classes.. Have read lots of great reviews of 30 Day Shred DVD so have asked DH to buy for Xmas :-) Looking for mutal support and motivation :-)
