Lunchbox ideas to take to work (have microwave)

Before MFP, I would take soup or baked beans to warm up in microwave and have for lunch (as well as sandwich, fruit, yoghurt, cereal bars)
Anyone got some good ideas that I could take for my lunchbox?

BBQ pulled pork on a whole wheat bun (cook porn in the crock pot)
Modified Cuban sandwiches, again cooking the pork in the crock pot
Turkey & Black Bean Chili
Here's a gross one, but pretty tasty:
1lb lean ground turkey
1 Box Stove Top Stuffing
1 Jar turkey gravy
2 cups frozen corn
Brown the meat using Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning. Cook the stuffing. Mix everything in a huge pot, add the corn. Makes 6 or 7 servings, maybe more, about 300 cal/svg. Thanksgiving in a bowl!0 -

Salad jars are awesome. You layer your dressing on the bottom, then hearty bits like tomatos, meats, carrots, beans on top of that, then your salad blend, then your light bits like seeds or fruit. Your salad doesn't get soggy and when you want to eat it, just give it a good shake and dig in. I bring yogurt and fruit, homemade granola or overnight oats, leftovers like steaks or chicken and sweet potato fries, or soups with a salad jar. Veggies and fruits by themselves are also good, too.0

I love to eat edamame. Buy them frozen in the the shell, cook them at home ( the entire package) and you have three servings for your lunches during the week. Add a hard-boiled egg and a piece of fruit.0

When I cook- half of what I make in meals goes into to go containers- so I don't have to think about it.
If your office has a fridge (that won't get raided) you can keep staples there for salads or snacks.0 -

When I was losing weight I usually made a big pot of soup on Sunday or Monday and saved it for the week. Almost zero effort, and soup can be both filling and nutritious if done right.0

I make an egg sunny side up in 20-25 seconds or scrambled egg in about 35 to 40 seconds. Just add cheese to the top of the raw egg before microwaving.0

Thanks for the great suggestion of putting dressing at the bottom of salad. I had to keep a dressing bottle at work therefore I was limited to one variety only but not anymore.0
