Any success stories from 3rd shift workers?
I am looking for positive stories from night shift workers :) I'm starting my new job this week and a little nervous about what I have read about how most people gain when they work nights. I have a plan of how I am going eat and workout but just would like some encouragement :) thanks

My NSV :)
I was noticed today by people that didn't know I was trying to get into shape!!! It was so nice to here and it really is going to keep me motivated ! I may be only at a 15lbs loss but to me it proves my hard work is paying off!! 100 days on MFP tomorrow and day 40 of insanity! My 1st 5k in over 3 years is tomorrow!

Im at the bottom I cant find my way alone.

im ready to try something else.. Also what should my net calories be at the end of the day for success? My daily calorie goal is 1290 and i always meet that and I burn over 500 calories a day with exercise but im stuck and getting frustraded.
