Hypothyroidism and frustrated

Shakeology? Coconut oil?
I have been doing so much research with having hypothyroidism. I was diagnosed a year ago and have not lost any weight. I work out six days a week, watch my food intake. I have read that shakeology could be good. I also have read to take coconut oil. I am willing to hear anyones take on this subject. Also success stories.
