Has anyone gotten a blood test that tests for food sensitivites? It's pricey and not covered by insurance so I'm curious to hear if anyone has done with and found it helped with weight loss. percentage of carbs???
The settings for my weight loss on MFP are 1210 calories with 55% (166 grams) of carbs a day. Is this too many carbs? Just a note that I've been at this for over 100 days and only lost a little over 8 pounds. Maybe I'm eating too many carbs???
