percentage of carbs???

The settings for my weight loss on MFP are 1210 calories with 55% (166 grams) of carbs a day. Is this too many carbs?

Just a note that I've been at this for over 100 days and only lost a little over 8 pounds. Maybe I'm eating too many carbs???

    No- too many carbs won't hinder your weight loss. Too many calories will.

    1. Are you being consistent? Are you logging your food everyday?
    2. Are you being accurate? Are you weighing/measuring your food?
    3. Are you logging ALL foods and drinks?
    4. Are staying within your calorie goal at least 90% of the time?
