So since I've been on MFP I have heard about a few different types of exercise workouts including: **P90X **Insanity etc. I was just wondering of any others that you find really good and interesting as I want to expand my knowledge, Hope you can help????

ADVICE???
I am looking at doing physiotherapy, now I work full time and the course would be full time for four years which means I wouldnt have time for work, I am currently a personal trainer and really want to keep learning ... PROS and CONS list I need some help on what I should do ...anyone???

Bloated
So I weigh 56kilos which is 123 pounds... Now everyone tells me I look good, but I honestly feel bloated and fat... :-( I need motivation to get the last few kilos away before Summer ....
