Exercise -

BB Squats
BB Lunges
BB Chest Press
BB Dead lift with double row
BB Bicep Curls
BB Tricep extension

For every exercise counts:
Down three up for one X5
Up three down for one X5
20 normal
Down two, up two X5
Three short bounces X5
Two short bounces and hold X5
