  • Ok so my advice to you is change your diet and change your exercise, what has happened is your body gets used to routine and will plateau, meaning your body will become immune to the work you are doing. Still keep it healthy and do workouts but just change foods within it and change exercises.

  • This is exactly what you should start with, you can do so many exercises with the exercise ball and resistanc bands, yes they come with a dvd however you can simply google exercises for swiss ball and it will come up with heaps. The ball will also help with correct technique if you are unsure and they are so cheap xxx

  • I totally agree.. I teach Zumba and have a few people in my class wearing heart monitors, their calorie intake ranged from400-800 calories within the hour... Zumba keeps you in your fat burning stage while using interval training with one fast song then one slow ... so it is really quiet affective... I cant state exactly…
  • Body Pump is a full body barbell class, mainly focusing on weights it helps build muscle using high reps and low/min weight.... its a great workout to cover a full body workout... and especially if you dont like doing weights you get it over and done with...
