    But today, back on track... last thing I ate.

    Portabello mushroom/hummus on whole wheat sandwich with lettuce, swiss, and blue cheese... great lunch after a 2 mile walk.:)

    handful of potato chips, few cheese and crackers, and lots of grapes and strawberries at a childs 2nd bday party. Tried to keep in mind to eat healthy stuff too and not focus on the chips.
