Personal HRM vs HRM on machines
I bought a HRM a month or so ago...it's a little watch that's supposed to monitors my heart rate, calories, ec. I bought a jump rope and I use it for about 10 minutes at least 3 times a week (note: I can't jump 10 minutes straight...I jump like 30 times and then my feet get caught in the rope, and I start over...but I keep at it for 10 minutes).
