Alright, so I've been doing Turbo Fire....and I LOVE it! But what in the world do I put the HIIT workouts under? I don't want to use "high impact aerobics" because I truly believe it burns more calories than a regular high impact work out does. Annnnddd I don't have a HRM yet. Help! Thanks in advance!
