Non weight bearing exercises
I recently had Achilles tendon surgery, (August 31st) at this time I cannot fully weight bear, just started 50% of my weight to my right foot. I'm looking for some upper body ext. that I can do while sitting or something that I could do while I'm unable to actively exercise. Thanks for any help!

At work today a coworker of mine asked me if I was wearing "skinny" jeans, I told her they were just jeans and she said, ya they are skinny jeans. Definitely made my day. Last winter I was wearin 22W and the jeans I'm wearing today are size 16 :)

My first Zumba class
I went to my first Zumba class tonight and LOVED it!!!!!! The hour went by so fast, it was my first time going and I was a bit nervous about it LOL but once I got started I loved it. Can't wait to go back :)

Played Hide go seek with my 2 grandkids and grown young kids tonight and was able keep up!!!! :happy: I even was able to run and beat them back to base some of the time...woohooo and I feel great!

Spinach/strawberry salad
I just made an amazing salad it had: Spinach leafs with the stems tore off, strawberries sliced, 2 slices of turkey bacon crumbled, feta cheese, sunflower seed kernels, and sugar free raspberry vinaigrette. Ate this with Special K multi grain crackers.

Too many calories left at the end of the day
On the weekends I have a hard time eating all my calories, I actually slept in today so when I got up it was too late for really breakfast and I had my regular coffee and then went to the gym and when I came home I had my supper but now I still have 1000 calories left and only have 3 hours before bedtime and my supper…
