Played Hide go seek with my 2 grandkids and grown young kids tonight and was able keep up!!!! :happy: I even was able to run and beat them back to base some of the time...woohooo and I feel great!

    That's awesome! WTG! It only gets better the healthier you become. I'm discovering all kinds of things I'm able to do again. Keep up the good work!
