sedentary or lightly active?
How did you choose which one? I find the description of "lightly active" to be a bit confusing, I am a stay at home mom and I am up and about a lot of the day but I do sit for several hours out of the day as well. I am a bit confused on which to pick.

how do U use your HRM?
When at the gym do you leave it running the whole time you are there? For instance, if you go from walking the treadmill to the elliptical do you stop it in between to find your calorie burn for the individual workout or leave it on for a total calorie count?

Does the amount of calories burned depend on how high your heart rate is during a workout? Does the higher your heart rate equal higher calories burned?

calorie question or thoughts
Does the calorie count of a food change after its cooked? Example: ground beef, the label says a certain number of calories, so after you brown it in a pan does it change or stay the same? I also noticed on the MFP foods eggs cooked in a microwave have less calories than scrambled in a pan. thoughts?

NSV!!
I have been working on trying to jog. Usually I do a walk 1 lap jog 1 lap. But today I did the whole mile (16 laps) JOGGING the whole time! Im so excited. This feels like such an accomplishment to me even if its just 1 mile.

OH Happy Day!
I went to the gym today and was stopped by a women I have never talked to. She said she wanted to tell me that she can see a difference in me and I was doing a great job!! WHAT! Really? I could have hugged her neck but didnt we were both sweaty! Made my day!!

rest periods
I have been doing weight training every other day. Even when waiting a day between to rest my muscles are still a little sore which doesn't bother me. Is it enough rest for my body going every other day? I usually do it Mon wed and fri.

to keep them or not?
When you lose weight do you keep the clothes that are too big? I find myself keeping them just incase. I have always done this. I have bins in my closet that are labeled what size clothes they are ranging from 6 to 18. Wondering if I should start tossing them out.

30 days goal

best exercise for enormous legs?
I really do have gigantic legs especially the backs under my butt. Looking in the mirror sideways my leggs literally stick out further than my rear, NOT attractive!!. Also saddle bags are an understatment! Looking for the best exercise for this problem. THANKS
