My current mini goal is to get to 199lbs. I started at 230 and last time I weighed in I was at 217. There's a lot to getting below 200 for me. Regardless, long term plan is 185-180.5 -

Thanks both of you. I plan on going to the VA next week and seeing what's up. Until then my cardio consists of walking as I refuse to pay for a gym membership and need fresh air.1 -

So I did it. Got shoes on and started walking my normal route. I was slower than usual (by about 10 mins) but still did it. Thanks all.5 -
