Yes. My wife has been having a lot of trouble with hers syncing but mine have worked fine. It will add your steps and add the cals burned into you diary.1 -

I have a pair of shorts to sleep in and last night the wouldn't fit around my waist, before they were pretty snug! I was worried I wasn't going to see any physical difference but that was motivation.10 -

My wife doesn't get much support from her family. They tend to brush it off and dismiss her even after she had lost close to ten pounds. It's really easy for that to shut her down so I thumbs up ever…7 -

Hanging things on utility poles or planting things within 3 feet are allowed to be removed by any utility worker. I have a saw in my truck that gets plenty of use.2
