I think classes are motivating. I don't have to think, don't need motivation, just show up and do the work. :) I like jazzercise and Zumba, but most gyms offer a variety. Also, I work out first thing…2 -

I've always been fat, but the kick in the pants this time was my husband told me I was snoring. I've never snored. (I'm down 25 pounds, and am snoring much less)7
