Change your weight loss goal to 1.5 lbs a week and see how you feel. Eat back half or all of your exercise calories and see how you feel. Make sure you get enough sleep and see how you feel. make sure you are getting enough protein, and iron and see how you feel. Good luck!

Eating one meal a day rather than breaking up that same number of calories into several meals won't make a difference. Eat when you want!

Some strategies: (this one is my favorite) Go to bed. Just...go to bed. If that's not possible, put on yoru pjs, or take ashower or bath, brush your teeth...get yourself ready for bed. Count calories to the best that you are able and then see your results. I've been mostly weighing and mostly recording most things most days and have lost 22 lbs.
