Is there a 'steps goal' to change my setting from sendentary to lightly active?
I work a desk job, so I have my profile set to sedentary. What if, though, I can get 10K steps a day, would that be considered lightly active? Need help estimating calories in baked chicken
Chicken drumstick, skin removed, oven-baked. Coated with shake n bake, but there was no egg in the mix, just shake n bake and water. I'm thinking 100 kcal, since a chicken drumstick with no skin is about 76kcal. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

How many calories in shredded chicken?
It was boneless skinless. Just boiled it with bouillon and shredded it. I ate 150 grams. I think around 300 kcal? But the entries in mfp Im finding say lower?

how many calories burned in an hour of jazzercise?
I weigh 230 pounds and record 500 calories for an hour of jazzercise class. Does that sound about right? Everything I found online was around 450 calories for 165 pound woman.

Getting a physical for 1st time in 4 yrs - anything I should ask?
So I am getting a physical today for the 1st time in years. Is there anything I should ask or mention to my doctor besides that I am trying to lose weight?
