Chicken drumstick, skin removed, oven-baked.
Coated with shake n bake, but there was no egg in the mix, just shake n bake and water.
I'm thinking 100 kcal, since a chicken drumstick with no skin is about 76kcal.
Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

Look it up on USDA site, go by weight and then log your shake n bake separately.0

Thank you, unfortunately I can't because I didn't make it, so I'm just hoping to get close.0
